разрушения надо будет с помощью рей фаера мутануть. и не забудь оставить места с оголенной арматурой ..когда куски бетона отвалятся

еще можно замутить матэ пейнтинг в октане , пофоткай окружение москвы , потом в шопе нарисуй ущербность зданий .. и парочку плоскостей в дали с текстурами бекграунда.. смотришь ваще улет
