Well actually the sky is blue. Octane currently can't render sunlight reaching some other object through a specular material like water, so only the light from the blue sky that reaches the bottom of the pool is rendered.

thank you for response this post roeland, that means the oly way to do a water material is using a trick like opacity and turbulence ? if existe another way could you tell me this steps ?
