If you do not have a light portal in the scene then you should try. It will greatly increase speed and since you have windows that are even it will help to be more efficient because you have a singular polygon. You need to place a plane covering your windows and on the outside of the interior and apply separate material to it. In octane change the material to portal.
Thank you all for making clear some points that have been puzzling me around for a while!
@DI2011
1. try using Pathtracing instead of PMC, it also generated less noise for my scene
2. use portals if possible, even though in my case i couldn't notice a great difference with or without them
3. use your final resolution, it also takes less time especially for pathtracing, the size makes a great difference in time
4. remember that the less windows you have the less light comes in and the more noise you'll get, my scene was easy with a window and a door, was alright for getting low noise levels. but still, 5hours on a GTX570!

Thank you Vagos!
I tried your tips and i get much less noise, this render below was made with 35.000 samples instead 64000.
About Portal, I don´t get results, Portal for me doesn´t works and I follow exactly what radiance posted in his topic telling about portals...
I will create a topic about this later to see if someone of octane team can explain me why portals doesn´t work with me.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit, Intel I7 980x Extreme, 6GB ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX 580
I use to render a bit higher resolution and then resize the image becuase small noise will be reduced then.
Portals are still in development so it wont work on each situation. You cant have glass windows if using a portal as written in the portal tutorial thread.
