I just wonder... Is there any possibility to join 2 mesh objects in OCTANE?
I mean that i would like to render engine object made in CAD software with environment made in blender. My friend could export it from RHINO to OCTANE directly. If i could join it in my octane scene it would be great, but i don't how to do this...
Any ideas?

Cad model after import in to blander counts over 2 mln poly.jitendra wrote:I dont think its possible in octane.
btw, why you want to do that?
I've all ready simplified mesh, so it's only 679 000 faces.
Mesh is very messy, and it consists of triangles mostly... I need to split it in to parts and assign materials, textures etc.
With that kind of mesh it tooks lot of time to improve geometry...
So, I tought to join two objects. One exported from blender (scene, environment etc), second from rhino, but it looks like i will have to play with it in blender.
Thanks any way...
