nice job, too strong FOV for my taste, it kind of reminds me of Zaha Hadid's presentations, it's an adquired taste I guess. Add more detail, mainly on the ceiling and light fixtures and you have a great scene there.

Personally, I think the fov gives it a 'grand' look, except on the last one.

Good start but:

Just too shiny and not just the floor, I can see the wall in the bathroom does it too, like lixai said more work on materials would benefit your work at the moment

the models in the bathroom.. are they taken from some repositories or did you model it yourself? either way they look a bit out of scale to me, the spout is on the basin looks huge compared to the rest of the scenery.

Lights on the ceiling..again..way too BIG, I understand you need to light the scene from it but I'll suggest to visit http://www.erco.com/products/download/i ... ltut_1.php they have the best list of ies light settings and 3d model ready to go for a realistic spotlight lightning.

would this be more appropiate in the wip section?

Hay all :) thanks for the advise and will take onboard with my new projects and post them up. with the mats i had a problem with max11 (F'ing UV) so when max 2012 was out it fix the problem thankfully so full steam ahead.
