Hello guys, fir the past 5 weeks I have had multiple blue screen of deaths, it happens every three hours or so. I have recently updated my drivers and such so I don't know why it is still happening.
Here is some more info every time it happens this is what I et, i redirected it

Page fault in non paged area
Driver irol not less or equal
Iriol not less or equal
Memory management
Dfn list corrupt

And many others,
I'm suspecting it is a hardware issue but if it is where do I look at and if it software then where do i look at?. It's the fastest rig in adeliade at the moment yet it is crashing every hour
I'm typing this on my iPad at the moment so excuse the spelling mistakes

Cheers

Try looking at your memory first: If you have more than one RAM module, remove one and leave the rest in. And test, if the problem still occurs, put the module back and remove another one. And so on.

Another problem could be overheating: Open the case of your computer and see if it improves things.

Cheers,
Marcus

With a badass computer like yours I wouldn't be surprised if it get too hot inside the case as Abstrax mentions.

If swapping the ram won't work, it will likely be a busted motherboard...
Maybe try booting a small usb stick Linux distribution and running some tests, when a linux kernel crashes it will give you much more feedback, and if it does it is likely busted ram or your motherboard...

Is your power supply unit powerful enough for this heavy config ? It looks like you need something like a 1200w monorail PSU.

Hey,,
I was have a problem like that with my motherboard, after adding a gtx 470
computer would freeze while rendering.
The soloution i found was to downgrade the BIOS to a previois version and i have not had any blue screen or freezes since.

The MB is an asrock x58 extreme.

Weird i know but it works ..

im turning in my computer in tomorrow. the god "kim". He is like a computer hardware expert. [like phd kind].
He was sick for like 3 months, we though he died.
He is now back and he remembers that the motherboard was bent.
Since we are still in the 1 year warrently he can replace it.

So next week it should run fine.
