i was wondering why you couldnt find it, now its clear its not there..
normally there is a link beside your given password labeld "deactivate account"..
i think someone from rs must have a look, maybe pm marcus for help.
maybe use a different browser, no further idea...sorry for your problems.

Hi there,

I think you aren't seeing the Deactivate button because you have never activated that account on a computer yet. That button only shows for licenses that have been activated. So what exactly happens when you try to use the details given for that License? Pm or email me if there is some error message associated with that license.
