can't establish till now connection with the server

Hello... I don't know what any more to do... (((Has reinstalled the windows... But the octane can't establish till now connection with the server (((may be for that that the Internet through a lan network goes? Can there something blocks?
sorry for my english...

Login to customer area deactivate octane then wait 30-60 mins. Try again.

..deactivate in the customer area:
->wait half hour->activate again
