I've tried loading the image in Blender, Krita, and several other applications, and they all display it as a white image with a black stripe at the bottom.

If you lower the power in the node you will see the image.
the only thing is that it say tiled type and use the tiled texture node, but if i use that its all black.
well... only the lizard do some magic with it and display it as it should... weird
I think its a problem with the photo stops used when bracketing. or octane use the most overexposed like a 100 %, maybe it should default at the middle.
If you agree after check it , disregard... or at least check the defaults of power, I was going crazy with it

Thank you

It´s not an "Octane" problem. It's a more general issue with this image and the way it is "interpreted" at the default Power 1 value when loaded.
If by Tiled Texture you mean Image Tiles (which is for UDIMs), and this is only one image of a whole UDIM set, it should work, as long as the images are properly named.

@linograndiotoy
But look at this jpg 3 programs 2 are fine, and one has the behavior of octane.
I am already in talks with the fastpicture viewer dev and he try to fix, I bet its a problem in octane, btw even the standalone has this behavior.

Take a look at the jpg I send you here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hWtEADU_PnZ6MLfQhCOy-HUTPE6-X2NI/view?usp=sharing

Thanks
