Hi,
Physical material transparency is not converted. :-(

[edit] the transparency map...

Actually, physical materials shouldn’t be convertible; instead, it’s the material standards that can be. Have you been able to?

Yes, you're right just basic settings are converted. Coming from Revit 3dmodel for quick tests opacity map could be usefull. :-)
