weird, the original scene plugin version seems not accessible.

It is probably a minor bug which caused by unavailable parameter access. Not a thing to cause any critical error.

as Ahmet said , Keep-instance-power is not a critical issue, for example, the Haze object has the option enabled in the emissive node, but it is a single object.
The big issue in your scene is that it is full of unsupported C4D Layer shaders: If you go to c4doctane settings/C4D Shaders, and uncheck the "Enable C4D shader baking", the scene should work, but the materials will not be correct: You need to revisit your materials, and replace all the C4D Layer shaders with Composite Texture node connected to Octane shaders only:
