Hello,
I am trying to do something which should be simple. I can only assume I am missing something obvious.

I need a composite texture for landscape, two materials, and then a simple noise map for the mask. See screenshot of mask applied.

Everything works up until displacement.

For displacement, I added a mix texture node, added both displacement texture maps and then in the amount I use the same mask as the composite node, I then baked it and add it to texture displacement> displacement channel in composite.

However, it is only picking up 1 of the displacement maps. See close-up screenshot it uses the same displacement for all.

I feel like the mix texture node is not picking up the 3d transform corretly that sits on the noise map?

How do people do composite textures with displacement?

I am coming from Vray which supports Max's composite and noise map which works perfectly for these solutions, but it seems this map is not supported in Octane and there is no similar node in Octane that allows compositing textures using maps?

SOLVED

I had to bake the noise texture without the transform applied...
