Hello guys!

I really confused about how to render animation from Cinema 4D via ORC. I don`t understand what`s wrong and why I have 1 rendered frame only instead of bunch of frames.

Hi,
which version of c4doctane are you using exactly?

From some versions, there is a new enhanced way to export the scene in .orbx format, and it also solves a duplicated frames issue.

You need to go to Render Settings/OctaneRender/Main tab, expand the ORBX Export section, enable the checkboxes, define the saving path, and press the Start Export button.

If Open in Standalone checkbox is enabled, at the end of the exporting process, the .orbx file will be opened in Standalone, and you should have a timeline in the bottom of viewport, that you can scroll to check the animation:

To go frame by frame, you can use the left/right arrow keys.

Hi,
difficult to say without screenshots and logs
Can you share more info?

Anyway please, avoid to use ORC, and use RNDR instead:

Rendering animations in cinema 4d via orc requires setting up the correct output settings. Make sure you choose the right format and specify the frame range.
Double check the render settings and the chosen output path to ensure all frames are being saved correctly.
Happy rendering.

What are the recommended output settings, formats, and frame range configurations for rendering animations in Cinema 4D via ORC? Are there any specific tips or considerations for optimizing the rendering process?
