Ahmet, can you confirm that the texture manager is painfully slow in scene with scenes with more than a handfull of matierlas/textures? Whole navigation is extremly slugish, copy and past paths in the replace fields takes seconds to respond. We are working with a combination of local and server based files over a gigabit network. Can this cause the problem?

I noticed that if you don't start Octane after loading scene you can relink textures using C4D build in Project Asset Inspector to do that. Save scene, reload and Octane should see proper texture paths after that.

Hm, it seems that it's not relevant if Server texture are involved or not. Plus, it is sluggish the whole time, not only when opening the texture manager for the first time.

@SSmolak
Thanks for the hint, gonna try it next time. Though the mechanics of the texture manager are great, it's just the awful perfomance. Ahmet, any chance you can look into it? :)
