give me your example please
I think about adding these two tags like : "transmission=translucency|opacity=alpha, opacity"
trans_opac.jpg
for transmission and opacity material inputs too

I don't know how this is time consuming but it would be great to add additional mode for auto adding gradient and color correction nedes between image nodes and material channel inputs like this :
add_nodes.jpg
or maybe adding options for create them after output of selected nodes just like you did for adding to :
add after.jpg
add after.jpg (20.47 KiB) Viewed 1832 times
For excample : Add to selected outputs - gradient, color correction.

You can find the first experimental Cinema 4d R2024 build in first page. It's not tested highly, be careful while use it.
Let me know any feedbacks, that's important for me! Thanks!

Just for clarification, does this new plugin build work with the 2023.1 Beta 3 that was announced and released. Or is it just a way of indicating the plugin was updated to work with C4D 2024 and we should still use 2023.1 Beta 2?

Beta 3 release is here:

It works over beta3. There are not much changes between two and three. Just install and use it

Confirmed, I had to perform a clean installation of 536.99 Nvidia Studio driver, to solve the CUDA 700 error in C4D 2024:

In 2024, change the shape of the area light to a disk and the direction of the light will be reversed.

If you change the "focal depth" parameter to a value like 10 cm, the "focus distance" parameter under the Object tab of the camera will also be set to 10 cm, now if you change the "focus distance" to 20 cm, it won't work and returns back to that defined 10 cm .... to make it work, one has to set the "focal depth" value to 0 first, then the "focus distance" parameter can be changed.
