Camera Projected Texture Displacement

Hi, is there a way to use an image displacement on a texture which is camera projected? I can get the material to project correctly, but the displacement doesn't use the same projection. It's also an animated texture... but I've just included the first frame as the projection is my issue. File attached for ref - thanks all!

you need to switch from Texture Displacement, to Vertex Displacement, and add a couple of extra subdivisions: ciao,

P.s: avoid to use .PSD textures.
