Hello, where in C4D plugin can I enable real time as in Standalone?
I'm not asking about the setting in devices preferences.

1. After choosing to export to Package ORBX and Standalone scene .ocs plugin does not give you a clue what is going on. It just freezes cinema giving no progres of the process.
2. Exporting to animated package brings a small dialog with options. It automatically starts the process giving user no possibility to decide if to start the process. It also gives no possibility to check or uncheck options before export.
3. Exporting to Package ORBX creates hardly usable Standalone project with hundreds of .obj objects inside. Please give an option to include .abc file instead like it is in animated package.

I think I remember Beppe saying that it isn't fully implemented yet (I think it currently only works with a subset of the intended data channels, which can produce some unintended consequences), so has not yet been ported to the plugins.J.C wrote:Hello, where in C4D plugin can I enable real time as in Standalone?

Hi All,
I got serious issues with this version since I updated to the latest version of C4D and changed HDDs to SSDs (not System, only drives for textures and Dropbox):
After a couple of minutes working/rendering my machine crashes with a bluescreen.
Error Code: VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE
Reason: nvlddmkm.sys
I already did the following but with no success:
- Checked/repaired Win10 with console sfc /scannow and DISM
- deleted nvidia studio driver with Display Driver Uninstaller
- Re-installed latest version of Studio Driver
- Re-Installed Octane Standalone and Plugin (latest versions)
Did anyone have the same issue and knows what to do to solve this problem?
Thanks for all hints and tips!
Ron

Don't use dropbox for projects and textures. It will cause problems. But it may not be related your problemsRon wrote:Hi All,

I am not using dropbox for this. I just mentioned this for the sake of completeness.aoktar wrote: Don't use dropbox for projects and textures. It will cause problems. But it may not be related your problems

When Live viewer is enabled and there is no any OpenGL 3d view window Octane does not update changes in scene (hiding, transforms) or materials.

Yes it should be available and visible. Otherwise no any data or updates to work on.J.C wrote:When Live viewer is enabled and there is no any OpenGL 3d view window Octane does not update changes in scene (hiding, transforms) or materials.

There are stil mismatch between some of the Noise4D noises compared too Noise (OSL ) - for example displaced voronoi octaves doesn't work at all.
Also Noise4D produce strange box projection on edges compared to Noise(OSL) world, object projection while using vertex displacement :
