You need to make tests it more before asking here. Check is it a slowness on rendering on specific frame for example. Or same if you start on different frames, more info is more ideas.

Your problem maybe related to out of VRAM and need to use OOC and slowing down of render because it. Try to remove some textures/etc... for testing

To add to what Ahmet wrote, make sure that your textures are set up properly in the Image Texture node; only the Diffuse texture should be set to Normal; set other textures for bump, displacement, specular and so on to Float. If you are using Normal Maps, use Non_Color Data for those.
