Hello,
Im new to Cinema4d but I used Octane in lightwave in the past and in Modo recently.
I don't understand why in cinema 4d I have to always press the octane button in the live view to get an update of my view
when I change parameters like colors or hdri rotation...IN Modo everytime you change something the view updates...
but here is so annoying.

Am I missing something?(I already activated the icons on the right side refering to the camere, geometry updates etc.)

Thanks

It's not expected case and not normal of that. Maybe you changed some settings. Better to reset your octane preferences. Delete oct.dat in prefs directory.

Hi,
I will try that...
anyhow the most annoyng issue is that when I try to rotate an hdri image set as environment I can't see it in realtime and
this slow down a lot the setup of a scene.

I already have all the options activated.

Thanks

Ok,
I have realized that you have to move the hdri environment as an object...so working with coordinates..
My fault!

Thanks
