Few objects under Fracture object with some other effectors, material applied to fracture object
but its showing only one color red, others not showing.
How can I get other colors...?
And these color are distributed bu material id, objects or primitives...?

Hi,
Random Color node works only with MoGraph in Render Instance mode or Octane Scatter.
For Fracture object you can use the Instance Color node, set the Maximum ID as the number of objects created by Fracture, assign a Random effector to Fracture, and set the Color Mode to Effect Color: ciao,

Fracture is still tricky. I reported this some time ago.
You can use Color Shader with Shader Field in Random Effector using Fields color mode so all colors can be randomized by noise :
