I posted this in a thread on tokens, but didn't get any hits so I'm posting here.

When using the Render AOV group to export a Render pass file, I can't get the date tokens to work.
My file name setting is as follows:

P:\CLIENTS\PACKAGING\05_RENDERS\C4D\CAPELLINI\$prj$yy$mm$dd

But, the file name is written as follows when I render:

PASTA_CAPELLINI_02$yy36$dd0003.exr

Project name token works, but the date doesn't. Any tips?

Are you sure that's correct notation? This is what I get when I try with C4D renderer in main buffer!

Well, I'm pretty sure in the main Save option it works fine. And it's usually all caps? When you select the default tokens they're usually all caps. For some reason in the Octane Renderer settings, they always change to lower case. The problem only seems to occur when I don't save using the C4D option and instead only save through the Octane AOVs.

Date-time tokens like this are definitely case sensitive, "mm" = minute, "MM" = month.

That's what I thought.
For some reason whenever I type in the tokens as all-caps, they automatically change to lower case once the file path window is closed.

Has anyone else seen that issue where typing in $MM turns to $mm once the file path window is closed?

Very strange. Now it's working just fine. I wonder if this was an R25/2023 issue that's been resolved in 2023.1...
