I can't figure out the rendering management in Thinkbox Deadline. Octane is always using all GPUs!!!
the last mention of this situation was on the forum in 2019.

But no solution has been found.

What is the actual experience in this matter?

Hi,
are you using c4doctane with deadline?
What about using Standalone with Deadline?
You should have much more freedom with extra commands, like GPU selection :roll:

I have never used Standalone, is there information on the best workflow experience?

Hi,

From some versions, there is a new enhanced way to export the scene from c4doctane in .orbx format.

You need to go to Render Settings/OctaneRender/Main tab, expand the ORBX Export section, enable the checkboxes, define the saving path, and press the Start Export button.

Then use Deadline with OctaneRender Standalone:
