Hello
I always have problem to logg off from one pc (in my studio) and turn on my studio subscription at home (laptop)
Should I go to the Modo authenticate options and log off and than log off also from the octane stand alone,or is just
enough the Modo authenticate?

Many thanks

Hi. You shouldn't need to logoff - simply shutdown Modo in your Studio prior to starting Modo on your home laptop. If this is not working, please open a ticket with OTOY via the Support menu option at the top of this page.

Thanks

Well, I want to use modo to render an image using the Modo F8 renderer on one machine and the Octane for Lightwave plugin on another one. I can't. When Modo is started on pc # 1, the license is not available any more on machine n# 2.
When I try to log out on the Octane plugin on PC 1 (the Mdo plugin) , All I get is the autentificate button, with no option to log out. Meaning that, It looks like Octane isn't activated on Modo using the native renderer, but PC 2 claims that the license is already in Use.
SOmething else: when I insist, log out from the lightwave plugin to try and re-enable the plugin, I get a message stating that I need an internet connection to authentificate Octane (which I do)
