Hi,
Object Motion is not properly evaluated if property is not keyframed (expression/constrain/Chops network, etc).
Have to double check but i'm pretty sure it should be the same issue with camera motion blur if your camera is animated with something else than traditional keyframe.
Anything to deal with this issue right now other than baking ?
Kinda problematic in a procedural workflow.

Can you share an example scene, as simple as possible, with this issue?

Thanks,

Sure my bad.
Check both Rop.
Second geometry is the same than the first one but baked (the visually correct one).

Sorry, I was checking this issue in Octane 2021.1.5.0 but it seems that I can't reproduce it. Do you still have this problem using this latest Octane 2021.1 version?

Thanks,
-Juanjo
