Nice images.
However I would suggest some retakes...
Have less reflective materials, expecially for woodworks, floor, door...
Try a different response curve, and work more on the tonemapping; Your renders are a bit overexposed.
Try to get a better contrast for the background, make it more vivid, it's the view!
And for the night shot, indirect lighting should be great (try some low temperature lights aiming at the ceiling and of course not visible from below).
