About a stucked rendering process issue

Hello,
for a 8000x9000 px render output scene rendering process does not start (sometimes it does in a normal time period but mostly it does not)
I have a scene that include 2 Forrester Multicloner objects. Every take alter their values to create different procedural objects.

Yesterday I've left the machine to render all but at it was in the "updating" phase for 6 hours so nothing was rendered.
Now I wanted to take render and currently 35 minutes passed. Logs are below:

While "Updating" phase Cinama 4D CPU usage is around 0%-1%

notes:

1) 4 days ago I updated windows and also nvidia driver(511) today I uninstall last windows update and reinstall previous driver version of nvidia but I guess It does not work.

2) I tried "Enable out of core for texture" option and I've set as RAM usage limit:2048 / GPU load room:2048 but it didn't effect the situation (I really don't know what is this but I tried)

3) I've isolated Forrester Multicloner object with a new document and this problem is still happening. If I convert it to a single mesh render(connect and delete) is starting in considerable time. But I can't use this workflow because all scene is procedural and my 40 takes alters its values. Also converting to a mesh takes time and I can't make them all (file size exceeds 15 GB in that situation) One of Multicloner object's converted mesh version has 12M polygons.

32 GB RAM
I have 80 GB free space too

I know many things may cause this kind of issue but I wanted to write down maybe it is known situation.
