Hy Devs,
could you have a look at this file? Instructions to reproduce are inside of C4D File.

Any Infos on this topic? Maybe its a Usererror / limitation
or do you need additional Information?

You can now render procedural and OSL vertex displacement
This is a robust displacement system
Vertex displacement will take any texture you provide, whether it's a procedural texture, OSL texture, or images
Can you clarify what you are seeing and what you expect rather than just say "see what happen"? This way it avoids any misunderstanding in case we are not seeing the same thing (due to different versions for example).
What version are you using? (Standalone, Plugin and C4D).
Can you reproduce the problem in standalone?
I get this when enabling the invert node on the yellow object.

Hy, i use C4D and Plugin. Never used Standalone. Plugin 2020.2.5-R3 Studio Driver 461.72 C4D R25.015
If i enable invert Node, displacement on the yellow cube is gone.
If i now send the Scene and restart new render, displacement on the green cube is also gone without any changes on that green material.
Happens on two different machines with the same Software config. maybe i do a screencapture later if you couldn´t reproduce it.
The red cube is an octane noise for verification that this could be an OSL Problem.
thanks so fare!

Hy Guys,
i tried a few things, updating all drivers, cleaning caches, reinstall Cuda, reinstall cudnn etc. But it wont work correct.
Here is a Screencast of the Problem. Can you give me a direction what it could be? It seems like a software issue.
