Keep Getting Segmentation Error Crashes on Render

B. Graphics Card(s) model (i.e. GTX 580 - 3GB, TITAN, etc.)
C. RAM Capacity (i.e. 6 GB)
D. Nvidia driver version (i.e. 7.50, 7.5.22)
E. OctaneRender Standalone version, if installed (i.e. 2.24.2, 2.23, etc.)
F. OctaneRender plugin version (i.e. v2.25 - 2.21)
G. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

So in the scene I'm working with this seems to be happening every 10 frames or so. It looks like it crashes as it's saving. I tried running the render through PDG instead, and that seemed to be pretty stable, just a lot slower.

How are you rendering the scene, in full scene reload mode or in update mode? If you can share the scene I could take a look at it here to try to reproduce the problem.

I was rendering it in reload mode. Pretty sure I had the same issue in update mode though.
The scene is pretty good size, with a bunch of assets. What's the best way to pack it with all the external files included?

Please, double-check if you have the same problem in scene update mode. I ask because there is an old known issue while rendering sequences in full scene reload mode that I'm still investigating. If the scene is rendered fine in scene update mode, we are talking about this same issue for sure.

Sure enough, when setting to update instead of full scene reload it does not crash... Sounds like the issue you are already aware of!

Hey, i keep getting segmentation errors also while rendering in full reload scene mode. Turning of multithread extraction and RTX acceleration seems to fix the problem. Although i'm not sure which one is causing the problem. Haven't tested it thoroughly. I just turned of both and it fixed the issue.
