Hi,
i render this scene in c4d r25 (2020.5 or 2021.1) and everything is fine.
Then i export as animated package (orbx) and open in studio standalone (2020.5 or 2020.1) and it appears something wrong in the glass material..
Can anyone help me? which parameter is wrong?
thanks
wrong glass material between c4d and standalone

I mean make a scene with just problematic part of scene and try to see if it still happens. This can be about nested dielectrics. But who can help your more than you? You have all data we don't...

i've tried changing glass material:
- projection to cubic
- side to frontal
- tile unactive
and nothing changes.
Ahmet, i'm a simple useless architect.. nested dielectrics?
i just give up
It's very embarrasing but i will put orbx file here just in case someone can test it and also the c4d file.

I cannot check it yet because preparing new builds but it may be some face overlapping with hidden objects.

Hi Salmon, I have downloaded your scene and am looking at it now. I have a question regarding your D_Glass material: you have a Scattering Medium applied. What purpose does that serve for this scene?

Hi Jay,
I don't know what's that. I've taken the material from a purchased octane material database. I supose pixellab or gsg.
I'll take a look in the manual to understand what that means.
But i've change the glass to another from Octane LiveDB and the error is still there.
Something can i try?

No worries Ahmet. I understand it. Thanks anyway.aoktar wrote:I cannot check it yet because preparing new builds but it may be some face overlapping with hidden objects.
I know everyone like me have the problems in such a hurry.
I model in archicad so there are two planes of glass in the windows. I've deleted the plane inside the house but nothing changes.
The thing is i've a small computer to render all the frames so i was trying to use RNDR. Thats because i've noticed about this error.
