I see Otoy has not released a 2021 network node. I assume I should hold off upgraded to EOL build? Otherwise I'd lose my network GPU capablities?

I confirm - when using the emitter material on massive of instances - Octane and Lightwave are frozen immediately.

Could it be a drivers or system issue. Here it seems work fine even with 30x30x30 instances. What GPUs and NVIDIA drivers do you have?

In my scene there are 300 lights (instances) that have hidden geometry responsible for emitting light. But also in each lamp there is a whole cloud (about 3000) of small balls, which should also glow (in fact, not, but the client wanted them to be brighter, so I had to use fake emitters - without casting shadows and light - on these balls - again, now this is not relevant for me, I found a way to solve this issue through the post-process). In the previous version of Octane, I did it without problems. But in version 2021, the LW freezes almost instantly.

Can you upload that scene and maybe try in ORBX to see does Octane standalonr also freezees ?
