ImageBrowser causes crash

After upgrading to 2020.2.17.60 a few weeks ago, if I open the OctaneRender Image Browser,

on Selecting an Image, clicking Cancel or pressing Esc, Daz Studio crashes with the following error:

The work around is obviously not to use it, but I have 6+ years worth of always clicking it to select or view images built up and it's a hard habit to break. I've lost hours of work over the last few weeks due to either clicking on the ... button out of habit or missing clicking it by mistake.

I've attached a zip with the error log and crashdump saved from the above crash message.

Also does the same when in the in the Environment tap and it does not load the new HDRI i wanted to load int to the Environment and crashes or sometimes it does not crash but will never change the HDRI image

I tried with a single image folder, and I got the same result. I did the attempt with a single cube in the scene.

Could there be other parameters, like a long folder history, or multiple DAZ libraries, be the trigger ?

We are still unable to replicate this crash issue.
I have attached the Crash log files to our internal ticket to investigate at the code level.

I don't know i that will help but i sometimes get the crash if octane is making thumbnails of the HDRI is my folders when new are added my folder is 48gb and is synched with polyheaven cloud so new stuff is added all the time.
if i go in to the folder and press on the one i want to use and its working on thumbnails it will sometimes crash daz

The thumbnails of HDRI seem related to DAZ feature.
would you please uninstall Octane for DAZ and see if it still crash?

We tried to replicate it but still works. We would request our dev if this is related to Octane preview!

I am sure that this image browser has nothing to do with daz

But i could be wrong it generates previews on the HDRIs
