Displacement gaps

The displacement creates the gaps between the UV seams whereas I want them to be fused. Is there anything that helps get this around?

Have you tried to add to the object smoothed normals?

Thank you so much for your reply, it helps but there are still some gaps. Is there anything that can fuse them?
