Post Processing Not Working
Preview or final Post processing not working. If I enable just the post processing pass I can see the effects, but when I go to combined there is no effect. If I use the compositor and combine post layer with image I can see the effect in final render.

You should disable Post Process in the Render Passes. If you keep it on, Post Process will be exported in a separate pass (you don't want Post Process to be also in the "main" pass in that case).
