it seems that you have only ~4.5GB of VRAM available, so at least you can load less than ~20M polys, try to use Out-of-core geometry, if you have enough RAM.

Heh....i'm already using Out of Core. It says ~2gb is Out of Core.
I have 40gb ram

I also found this problem with network rendering:

Launching net render slave (4000017) with master 10...
unpacked file image has unexpected type
didn't receive all required images from master
invalid message received from network connection
slave crashed or was stopped via CTRL-C
reached the maximum number of consecutive runs of a slave (5) -> bailing out

Don't you see the warning about "Scheduled maintenance on OTOY"? Probably it's that.

Small question it's possible to run it with Cinema 4D S24? Or any Octane v4?

The latest c4d version you can use with octane v4 is C4D R21.
