I have in Blender set up the planetary world environment and assigned to the planetary albedo the earth texture map with a spherical projection attached to it.
Now, I can't seem to be able to rotate the texture. The only thing I see is the South Pole, or the North Pole directly underneath, even if i attach a transform node (3D,2D, etc doesnt matter). But I want to rotate the earth (planetary sphere) :-D
How can I do that ?

Second, I have only rotating and moving objects, what is better to choose speed-wise, objects movable or scatter ? I don't care about memory.

Works here.
Try to use a Spherical Projection with a 3D Trasform attached to the node.
About Object Types, the Auto option works well on Static or Moving object using Transform. Reshapable should absolutely be set for deforming meshes.
