Can two different versions of the Render Node be active on a slave machine at the same time?

Well I guess I'll just install the second one and see what happens...

Hi,
no, you cannot have multiple daemon versions running at the same time.
You need to close the active daemon with CTRL+C, then start a different daemon version.

Under Win and Linux, I avoid to install the daemon, and I stat the version I need with a .bat/.sh file.
Under Mac, install the daemon, then remove the otoy_daemon.plist in hdd/Library/LaunchAgents, and then you can start the version you want with a double click on the render-node app version you want.

Happy Net GPU rendering,
ciao Beppe
