[23.3] Can't connect to the Octane server proc

Man do I feel like an idiot... I was launching Blender from Blender foundation dir... not the blender from blender octane dir.

New Issue... could be user error but not sure why.

The Blender Octane server keeps quitting for no reason and doe snot keep its activation status.

Octane Server - Enterprise Edition - 23.3

Is this normal?

others know far more than me, but it sounds like non-matched server/blendOct versions.

I would confirm you have the latest nvidia and blendoct downloads.
Following un/reinstall, restarts can sometimes fix this.

I was really careful to get only matched items so I believe we are good to go there.
Also from what I understand it would not work if they were mismatched and it works fine when the server is active... it just stops for no reason.
My internet connection is strong so I do not think it is that.

I'm afraid that's not a concern if server's activated but,

I guess that could be better to check if this enterprise version matches for your license.
