Cloud: Overlapping Bounding Box

This is so known issue that was promised to be solved in 2019 builds but even in 2020 it is the same :/

Yes... a shame. I am on Octane 2020.1.4 and :
I work on a very big scaled scene with overlapped VDB and I have some seams appearing here and there.
I noticed that you can lower their intensity if all your overlapping VDBs have : Same orientation (do bot overlap them with different rotations) - Same Volume step length - Same density
To late for me, already rendered. Really not reliable.

Yep, almost killed a deadline on our last project. Same step length, VDBs itself not overlapping at all (i made sure to not cause this error) but the huge bounding boxes were overlapping. Result: ugly seams which needed to be rerendered and in one case ditch one VDB completeley. Another point where octane is still not production ready although it was promised over year to be fixed.

Hi,
I have just tried to overlap a cloned vdb cloud with random position/scale/rotation, and everything seems to work as expected here in 2020.1.4, and it is also very fast to clean up: Do you mind to share with me an example scene with assets that shows the issue?
ciao Beppe
