hi all,
if i choose the preview denoiser beauty pass, turn on using octane layers, activate the denoiser beauty box, the viewport is stuck on waiting for image.
edit: this was very frustrating, but turns out i needed to turn on camera imager for the denoiser to actually work when looking thru the camera.
makes sense ofcourse, but is there a reason camera imager is not on by default? i know now to double check on this but i was under the impression its always on...
also turning camera imager on one camera seems to turn it on on all. other parameters can differ, camera imagers is apparently global, so why not make it on by default.
the log is still strange. this is an example i get:

it keeps repeating this, what does any of this means?
i am having other difficulties but will separate the posts.

I have Camera Imager on by default. You can as well, just activate it in your startup scene and "Save Startup File".
that i will probably do, but it could have spare me quite a few hours having it hardcoded in.
now i know, but there will be definitely others with similar issue. having it on out the box will save them and you time.
in the end, this is the sort of thing that makes blender integration less than optimal.
