I upgraded to Octane 4 and LW 2019 recently and for some reason UVMAP node is not working for me. Is there any way to apply the automatic sizing or T texture from LW? What is the best approach to do this?

Try to change the UV set number.

If you do not want to use UV, you can use the projection node.
