Weird, can you please send an email to support team to let them know this issue? They can check your license status. Also, please check if you are installing the right plugin build for your license (enterprise or studio)

I have already sent them a request. But now is the weekend - they are silent. The strange thing is that among my subscriptions I do not see a subscription for 2020, but the receipt for my payment for a subscription for a year for 2020 is on the site. My work is stopped now. Of course, I can install Octane 4, but now I have a large amount of metal in the project - the production line of a large factory. And Octane 4 does not have a Metallic shader and some other inconveniences when switching from 2020 to version 4.

Do you have only one user on the Otoy site? This is really weird, as far as I know, the licenses are added automatically once the payment is done. I wonder if the license could be into another user account or something like that. In any case, I'm afraid that only the support team can check these issues, I don't have access to the licensing system :(

False alarm (I hope this also applies to the latest rumors about the future of the LW)) - I did not reinstall the host program and after reinstalling all the problems went away.
