in blender i can access the node structure of the skymap and setup the nodes so the sky rotates around its y axis.
in UE i cant really set it up and the ony axis that (confusingly) rotates is the x axis that only slants the sky sideways.
please help,

Works here. Are you using the transform inside the Projection node?
