Issue with fractured pieces render

When I render exploded view in Octane pieces looks seperated, also tried in redshift and as you'll see in second screenshot piece are not separated, any idea ?

This seems a problem with the displacement due to not smoothed edges. In Octane the displacement needs smoothed edges to avoid this discontinuity, so probably you are going to need to add a normal sop with a high smoothing angle.

If you can't resolve this issue and you can share the scene, I could take a look at it here.

I've tried with a normal sop but there is still broken edges

Sorry, I think that I need some .fbx files in this scene. Can you please send them to me?

In any case, you need to be sure that the object has smoothed normals (if you add them at the point level, you need to check if there are also normals at the vertex level to remove them), and of course that all the polygons of the pieces share the same material.

That's might be the problem, I have two materials one for the outside part and one for the inside pieces
