animating with displacement modifier - rendering same frame

G. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

Hi,
I'm using latest free tier blender "OctaneRender® Prime for Blender" Blender_Octane_Edition_2020.1.3_21.11_stable.exe
I've discover what I think may be a bug.
I'm using default cube
add an empty to scene
add displace modifier to cube with Texture Coordinates
add a texture such as clouds to the displace modifier and set Texture Coordinates to Object and Object: set to Empty
animate the empty (360 on z axis in my case)
All looks good in viewport - the cube gets displaced over time.
But when I render I just get the same frame rendered out.

You should set the Object Type to Reshapable, from the Object Properties/Octane Settings tab.
