At all renderers present some dots, regardless of material and time rendering.

What it is and how to get rid of them?

Mode: patchtraising.
With directlighting same dots problem.
scene: inside room, sunlight through the window

These are fireflies... if you let it cook around 2000+ samples, there is a "hotpixel remover" under the Preview Imager...

You have to be careful not to crank the materials roughness too high as this produces more hot pixels

The removal tool is only in the newest licensed version, not in the demo.

Like matej said, just to clarify it a bit,
the current 2.3 versions which are not available as demo releases have a lot of changes to produce less and a removal slider.
