Octane crashes

Aoktar, can you please help us? Or tell me what to fix in our systems in order to get rid of crashes. On the advice above, I updated Windows, but nothing has changed for me, the crashes are the same. Any idea what might be causing this?

Try this :

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\OctaneRender\cache > delete the folder "texCache" > restart C4D and test a render.

Try this :

bless you, it works. Interesting what is the core problem but i can just clear folder when get crushed, fine for temp solution, thank you.

Are you using texture compressions? Error messages and texCache are up to the compression feature.

when i clear cache folder - all works fine most of time, (and i had to turn off texture caching). But there is some bugs left, for ex. native gradient cinema 4d in any node - instacrash octane.
