I've a critical scene that cause me some Render Failure, and I really like to analyze it in order to find the reason of the problem...
But I cannot save Octane Log or the Console message beacuse after about 10 sendond till the render Failure, my Cinema 4d shut down itself.
So my first question, since I have frequently this shut down, if someone could suggest me how to avoid this automatic exit from Cinema.
Some data:
Actually I use Cinema 4d R21.207, NVidia Studio Driver 441.28, Octane 2019.1.5 R3
I'm on Windows 10 Pro, with 64 GB RAM.
2x RTX 2080Ti (used for Octane) + 1 GTX 780 (for GUI).
ASUS WS X299 SAGE

Shutdown may mean out of memory or critical level error which cannot be catched by Host Software. I have similar problems if I go heavy with resources usage on scenes.GIOLETS wrote:Many thanks for your prompt answer Ahmet, I'll surely try your suggestions.

Have you tried the old, "select the parts you need in 3D space (specifically NOT in with the Object Manager) copy/paste into a new, blank scene file" trick? That's usually my first try with a finicky project file and will often take care of the problem. If that doesn't, you can then do the more laborious 50/50 recursive split until you find the culprit.
