Hello,
I'm trying to get RTX turned on in C4D with Octane 2020.1_XB3_R2. When I go into Octane Settings -> Settings -> Device Settings "Use RTX acceleration (experimental) is grayed out. What are the software requirements that I might be missing to run rtx?
RTX Requirements?

Hi,
you need a Geforce or Quadro RTX with Nvidia driver greater than 434.xx, my suggestion is to use Studio driver 441.66.
ciao Beppe

Thanks Beppe, updating the driver to 441.66 worked - but it wound up increasing render times and causing c4d to hang quite a bit with rtx on and off. So for now I'll be reverting to the old driver I had.
I appreciate the help though!

Which driver are you using now?
Please, download and run GPU-Z:

And share a screenshot from the Graphics Card tab, for all the available Nvidia GPUs, thanks:

Ok, thanks, please try to go to nvidia control, menu Help, and enable the debug mode, to work with GPUs at default clock:

And please consider that 2020.1 and RTX support are still un beta, so some glitches are expected.
