[20.5] Volume denoise doesn't appear to work

B. Graphics Card(s) model (i.e. GTX 580 - 3GB, TITAN, etc.)
C. RAM Capacity (i.e. 6 GB)
D. Nvidia driver version (i.e. 7.50, 7.5.22)
E. OctaneRender Standalone version, if installed (i.e. 2.24.2, 2.23, etc.)
F. OctaneRender plugin version (i.e. v2.25 - 2.21)
G. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

I have everything set up (I think) but OpenVDB volumes that I import do not get denoised. I changed the default cube to a volume domain and loaded a VDB file in (Disney cloud). I tried both the viewport denoise and the final render denoise (F12), but neither worked.

Here is the viewport view and settings:

It works for me with these settings:

Looks like you unchecked "Denoise on completion" in Imager settings.

My confusion was that the "N" panel settings were only used for the preview and not for the final render (F12) in earlier versions. It's working now. :D It's nice that you no longer have to specifically set the denoiser for volumes.

The "N" panel settings will be used if the "Override" is checked.
