Should have mentioned I'm using 4.05-R7 I guess.
I don't even get an export dialog like in your screenshot.

This part is unchanged since long time, same for most of old builds.

yep, as I said the problem was that I was exporting an OCS file and not OBRX. It works fine with ORBX.
